But Benzema had no choice but to miss the World Cup as he had not fully recovered from the injury. It was the player himself who informed the fans of the news that he would not be at the World Cup. Benzema’s absence was a big blow for France, who had already lost Pogba and Kante.

But reports indicate that the player is returning to the World Cup as he has recovered from the injury sooner than expected. According to the report, Benzema will return to training this week.
According to FIFA rules, the player can return to the team and play in the remaining matches of the tournament. Earlier it was announced that Benzema would miss the World Cup, but no one was included in the French team to replace him.
