The target of this special guarantee support is small and medium-credit small businesses and small business owners with credit scores ranging from 745 to 919 based on the Nice rating information among companies that have received quarantine support for small businesses since December 27, last year. Subjects can apply for the guarantee regardless of the balance of the local newspaper guarantee that is already in use.

However, companies that have received ‘Special Loan for Daily Life Recovery’ or ‘Hope Loan’ supplied by the Small Business Promotion Corporation or ‘Hope Plus Credit Loan’ from commercial banks cannot apply for duplicate applications. In addition, non-payment of national and local taxes, arrears at financial institutions, businesses that are closed or closed, and companies with limited guarantees are excluded from the support.

A total of 3.8 trillion won is expected to be supplied to a total of 380,000 companies for this special guarantee.

Working capital can be applied for online through the app of the bank where you want to get a loan. However, in exceptional cases such as corporations and co-representatives, the local newspaper must be visited in person.

Loans are available up to 10 million won in working capital per company, and the guarantee period is 5 years.

For capital, credit card loans, and savings bank debt, you can apply for an additional loan amount up to 10 million won.

The guarantee fee (0.8%) is fully exempted in the first year, and 0.2 percentage points are reduced (0.8% → 0.6%) in the second to fifth years. The interest rate is less than 1% for the first year, and the agreement rate (within CD rate +1.7% points) is applied for the second to fifth years.

In order to prevent traffic congestion due to simultaneous access by applicants, the target financial institutions will implement the ‘five sub-system of applications’ based on the last digit of the birth year in the representative’s resident registration number from this day to the 11th of next month.

If the last digit of the year of birth is 1/6, it is the 24th, if it is 2·7, it is the 25th, if it is 3·8, it is the 26th, if it is 4·9, it is the 27th, and if it is 5·0, it is the 28th.
