The union said, “After the Central Labor Relations Commission, the Seoul Administrative Court recently issued a judgment that the dismissal was unfair, but the management did not reinstate the dismissed and delivered the absurd plan of ‘immediate resignation after reinstatement’ through the Ministry of Labor. The union of Hanwha Life Insurance Engineers, which has been on a stand for 203 days near the 63 Building in Yeouido, also took a turn on the road.
