Kabul: Taliban deploy suicide bombers across country borders (Taliban). The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center at Badaq. According to reports, a battalion of Taliban suicide bombers was formed for this purpose.
The battalion is called Lashkar-e-Mansouri or Mansour Army, said Mulla Nisar Ahmad Ahmadi, the province’s deputy governor. Ahmadi said the battalion was carrying out suicide attacks targeting security forces of the former Afghan government. Ahmadi praised the suicide battalion for working for the victory of the Taliban against the United States, the Khama Press reported.
