TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – A 18-year-old man behind the batteries for a lewd or switivious battery after your delegates say he took sex with his 13-year-old girl's age.
According to court documents, Leon County delegates received sexual battery compliance on 6 November. The Deputies say that a 13-year-old victim reported that he had sex with Willie Faison, 18 years of age.
Documents state that the victim was taken to a doctor on 5 November and was informed that she had contracted chlamydia. Then the 13-year-old said to her mother about Faison and he accused her of giving her chlamydia.
During an interview with the victim, investigators were informed that Faison and the victim had sex on three separate occasions at her apartment.
D told the victim to the delegates that she once told Faison to stop, but he refused.
A few days later, delegates spoke to Faison at the Leon County Detention Facility. Documents say he was already serving for theft and burglary fees.
During the interview, Faison first said that he did not know the victim. Speaking to Faison, delegates were able to collect a sample of his DNA.
Later during the investigation, Faison asked to speak to delegates for a second time. The Deputies say that Faison admitted that he had lied and knew the victim.
Faison said, "I told him about it, but I didn't do anything." He told the delegates that he met the victim of an online website titled "Hily."
The Deputies said Faison said that the victim's profile showed she was 18 years old and admitted that he had sex with the victim three times in her apartment.
Faison documents say Faison claimed that the victim told her she was in the 10th grade and attended a local high school.
Faison also said that the victim had never "stopped" during any of his sexual incidents.
Documents say that Faison of the STD had allegedly told the accused that although he had never been tested for chlamydia, he had never shown any signs.
Based on the evidence, Faison has fees for a lewd or switivious battery to engage in sexual activity with a person under 16 years of age. He is detained in prison on a $ 15,000 bond.
