Cairo: Another disappointing piece of news from the football field. The coach died while celebrating the team’s victory in the last minute goal. Adam Al Zeldar, coach of Egypt’s second division club Al Majeed, has collapsed and died. He was 53 years old.

Adam was frustrated as he celebrated the victory with the players in the joy of scoring the team goal. He was rushed to a hospital in Alexandria, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. Heart attack is the leading cause of death. Al Majeed scored the winning goal in the 92nd minute of the match against Al Sarkah in the league. But the team’s victory led to great tragedy and great loss to the team.

Adam is a former player of Egypt’s first division club Al Ismaili. He won the Egypt Cup and the Egyptian Premier League with Al Ismail in the 1990s. He later played for Al Sharqia. He has coached Libyan football clubs Al Etihad Club and Al Ismaili Club.
