Dubai: Officials have warned that some flights departing from Dubai International Airport may be delayed for more than half an hour today. According to the airport’s statement, a technical fault in the check-in system at DXB Terminal 1 was responsible for the disruption.
“We apologize for the inconvenience to passengers. We will continue to provide further updates,” the airport said in a statement. Officials have explained that, although the fault has been resolved, it is likely that flights will be delayed.
We experienced a technical issue with the DXB Terminal 1 Departures check-in process earlier today. The issue has now been resolved, however some flights may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
