Mr. Jirayut Supsrisosopha, Group CEO, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Company Limited, revealed that the company plans to raise funds in the stock market. Initially, it is considering listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the NASDAQ stock market in the United States. As it meets the fundraising criteria of both stock exchanges, the company has now hired a financial advisor to help prepare for the initial public offering (IPO). It is expected to be ready for listing. Within a year and a half to two years from now, the company may choose to raise capital on one of the stock exchanges. or listing in both markets (Dual Listing) Because we want to represent the new generation in Thailand. I want to make everyone proud that Thai people are good. We can build a technology company. We don’t have to be just technology users. But we will also be the creators and service providers of technology. The Stock Exchange of Thailand does not yet have a technology company, so we will be the first technology company to raise funds,” said Jirayut, in preparation for this plan. The company has restructured the organization. Under the Holding Company, there will be 4 subsidiaries, namely 1. Bitkub Online Company Limited, a digital asset trading platform provider. or “Bitkub” trading board 2. Bitkub Blockchain Technology Company Limited, a provider of consulting services on blockchain technology, including a digital token offering system (ICO Portal) 3. Bitkub Labs Company Limited, a service provider “Bitkub Academy”, a source of knowledge on blockchain technology and digital assets 4. Bitkub Ventures Company Limited, which operates capital services for startups Including being a service provider of private funds (Private Fund) and mutual funds (Mutual Fund) that invest in digital assets. The company is currently filing for a license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is expected to receive the license in April next year.
