Cabinet Appoints Narumon as Thai Trade Representative
On October 3rd, at Government House, Mr. Karom Phonphonklang, Deputy Spokesperson of the Prime Minister’s Office, announced the decisions made during the Cabinet meeting. The Cabinet has approved the appointment of qualified expert, Professor Narumon Pinyosinwat, as an advisor to the Prime Minister and as the Thai trade representative. This appointment is in accordance with Section 11(6) of the Government Administration Act and Section 4 of the Prime Minister’s Office Regulations on Thai Trade Representatives, with amendments made in 2009.
Effective from October 3rd, 2023, Professor Narumon Pinyosinwat will act as the Thai trade representative, representing the interests of the country in trade matters. This appointment is a result of the Prime Minister’s Office Order No. 255/2023.
