The Thai government has announced that it will postpone the start date of the system to accept vaccinated foreign tourists in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, etc. without quarantine to November 1.

The following 10 prefectures will start accepting applications from November 1st.

Bangkok (entire city)
Chiang Mai (Muang, Mae Rim, Mae Taeng, Doi Tao)
Chonburi (Pattaya, Jomtien, Bangsaray, Banglamung)
Krabi (whole prefecture)
Phang Nga (whole prefecture)
Prachuap Kirikan (Hua Hin, Nonke)
Phetchaburi (Cha-am)

Loei (Chen Khan)
Breelam (Muang)

Also, from December 1st, Chen Lai, Mae Hong Son, Lamphun, Play, Nong Khai, Sukhothai, Phetchabun, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Samut Prakhan, Trat, Rayong, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Sita Marat, Trang, Phatthalung, We plan to start accepting 20 prefectures in Songkhla, Yarra, and Naratiwart.
