On July 20, 2021, the Government’s COVID-19 Information Center and the EOC Center, Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) reported preliminary information on the daily situation of COVID-19 cases that today, a total of 11,305 new cases were found, classified as infected. 10,710 new cases, 595 in prisons/detentions, 397,612 cumulative cases (since April 1), 6,557 recoveries, 268,782 cumulative recoveries (since April 1) and 80 additional deaths.
Yesterday (19 July), the BOE reported that there were 122,097 patients who were still in treatment, of which 71,635 were hospitalized, 50,462 in the field hospital, of which 3,595 were in severe condition and had to 856 were put on ventilators
