Protests against the RSS’s hateful slogan that the church will be demolished and bank calls blocked will be banned in Thalassery. The Collector announced the ban till December 6 within the limits of Thalassery station. നിരോധം ലംഘിച്ച്‌ വെള്ളിയാഴ്‌ച വൈകിട്ട്‌ പ്രകടനം നടത്താനുള്ള സംഘപരിവാർ ശ്രമം പൊലീസ്‌ തടഞ്ഞു. BJP district president N Haridas, MP Sumesh, EP Biju, Hindu Aikya Vedi leaders PV Shyammohan and Pradeep Srilakam were arrested.

The police action was led by ACPs PP Sadanandan, Vishnu Pradeep, Pradeepan Kannipoyil, SHO K Sanal and SI EK Remya. പ്രകോപന മുദ്രാവാക്യവുമായി സംഘർഷം സൃഷ്‌ടിക്കാനുള്ള സംഘപരിവാർ നീക്കത്തിന്‌ സന്ദർഭോചിതമായാണ്‌ പൊലീസ്‌ തടയിട്ടത്‌. Demonstrations in front of the BJP office on Jubilee Road were blocked by a barricade on Mukund Mallar Road.

The provocative slogan was chanted at the Jayakrishnan Day rally. All the organizations except the Sangh Parivar came out against it. A case has been registered against 250 people for violating the ban.
