A volunteer from the Korea International Dance Festival for the Disabled (KIADA) thanked actor Song Joong-ki through an online community. This is because he carefully filmed a promotional video for the event in one email from a volunteer who had no face-to-face contact.

On the 2nd, an online car community ‘Bobae Dream’ posted a post by a KIADA volunteer saying, “I’m looking forward to turning 50 soon.”

He said, “There was no proper way to say hello to actor Song Joong-ki.” He said, “I joined the community to write (to Song Joong-ki).

Regarding KIADA, he said, “It is an international event, but it is not popular with the public, and it is not a commercial event with advertisements. Moreover, due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), publicity is really serious this year,” he said.

Then, he said, “Last month, when I saw the news that Song Joong-ki was in self-quarantine due to Corona 19, I had a hard time finding an e-mail address, and I asked him to take a 30-second promotional video for his cell phone because he will have time while he is in quarantine.”

And a month later, Song Joong-ki said that he had sent a promotional video. It was a time when I was discouraged because there was no response for a while after requesting the event materials for the past six years.

He also posted a 44-second promotional video sent by Song Joong-ki, saying, “I couldn’t give you a single penny, and I only asked for a simple greeting on my phone, but I spent time and money and took the photo carefully.”

In the video, Song Joong-ki dressed in a tuxedo and said, “Despite having a tougher time than ever due to Corona 19, the passion and effort of the dancers and the interest of the audience to protect the stage seem to be able to get through this time.” I asked for your interest and support.

The author said, “Looking at Song Joong-ki, who showed such sincerity to the request of a volunteer whom he had never seen before, I could see why this person was an Inseong star.”

He also asked for interest in KIADA, saying, “Even the ordinary movements we do in our daily lives can be a miracle to someone.

KIADA, which celebrates its 6th anniversary this year, will be held from November 16 to 23 at Aram Nuri Aram Theater and Sara Sae Theater in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.
