Office of the Administrative Court Warns that there are people who pretend to bring their names to issue a bill in the name of the Administrative Court, explaining people in disbelief ready to prosecute those who commit crimes
Today (Nov. 23), the Office of the Administrative Court informed that a person falsely used the name of the “Administrative Court” to issue a bill in United States currency (USD), which was prepared in English format. stating the payment details is “Affidavit Fee commercial registration statement and the power of attorney to act on behalf of the Thai court” (Payment for Court attestation, Business Declaration Affidavit and Thai Court Authorization for bank use.) and specify the bank account number to make payments as a personal bank account number which is not the bank account number of the Office of the Administrative Court until it may lead people to believe and eventually become a victim of scammers
The Office of the Administrative Court clarified that, in principle, administrative proceedings are free of charge. Except for certain types of cases, including filing a lawsuit asking for money to be used or deliver the property As a result of the case under Section 9, paragraph one (3) or (4), the court fee must be paid according to the capital at the rate specified in Table 1 annexed to the Civil Procedure Code. but in case of expenses shall be charged in Thai currency (Baht) in accordance with Section 45 paragraph four of the Administrative Court Establishment and Administrative Procedure Act, B.E. 2543 Article 9, paragraph two, stipulates that all documents or evidence of the parties or any person or that the court or the competent officer of the court have made. which constitutes the case to do in Thai Therefore, there is no case where the Administrative Court will have a written charge against the parties in a foreign language. And the Office of the Administrative Court does not have any way to collect money in such a manner. or in any other manner with similar objectives request to check the information directly back to the Office of the Administrative Court in order not to be a victim of deception and may cause damage by asking for more information to conduct a data verification and confirming the correct facts At every Administrative Court office or contact “The Administrative Court Hotline 1355”.
