Starting today, February 1st, Apple is offering a limited Apple Watch activity challenge “Unity Challenge”. By completing the challenge, you can get special badges and stickers.

The Unity Challenge is a limited time activity challenge for the Apple Watch in honor of Black History Month.

It takes place for about a month from February 1st to February 28th, and you can get a special badge and sticker by closing the “Move” cycle for 7 consecutive days by eating a certain amount of calories during the possible period. By the way, this is the third time the challenge has been held.

In addition to the above, the “Heart Month Challenge” will also be held this month. The challenge commemorates Valentine’s Day and Heart Health Month in the US in February. Heart Health Month is a campaign to raise awareness about heart health, including CPR and first aid for cardiopulmonary arrest, to reduce heart disease, the leading cause of death for Americans.

The Heart Month Challenge can be completed on February 14th, Valentine’s Day, by exercising for 30 minutes. This is also a must see.
