The Bahrain Ministry of Health has launched an e-ordering service

The head of the Medical Commission of the Ministry of Health of Bahrain has announced that the e-booking service for expatriate workers has been launched under the leadership of the Ministry of Health. Dr Head of the Medical Commission of the Ministry of Health starts the booking service for medical examinations of domestic workers through the national portal. Reported by Aisha Ahmed Hussain. The aim of the service is to relieve pressure on health centres, improve services provided to citizens and expatriates, and strengthen a comprehensive database for all expatriate workers in the country. This online service can be used to select the preferred health center based on location and cost, book, change appointment, print medical examination results and fitness certificate.

The medical head also praised the joint efforts of the ministries Information Authority and e-Government, Labor Market Regulation Authority and the National Authority for the Regulation of Professions and Health Services.
