The classic Renault 4 was officially transformed into a speed car on the 60th anniversary of its birth

The Air4 in the picture above is a speed car based on Renault 4. It is a joint effort between Renault and Miami design company TheArsenale. Air4 is made of carbon fiber up and down, and is equipped with a 90,000mAh battery pack based on a 22,000mAh battery. Its single propeller can produce 95kg of thrust, and the total machine can reach 380kg. The maximum climb speed is 14 meters per second, but the factory has imposed a limit of 4 meters per second for safety reasons. When entering the vehicle, the driver needs to roll up the upper part of the vehicle to get in.

Renault 4 has sold 8 million units in 100 countries over a life cycle of more than 30 years. Its last model was launched in 1992.
