The Korea Housing Association and the Korea Housing Construction Association announced on the 2nd that the government’s recently announced ‘reconstruction fee rationalization plan’ is expected to help the supply of housing in central areas.
In a joint statement, the two associations said, “The reconstruction charge, one of the main obstacles to the reconstruction project, has been reasonably adjusted in this measure by realizing the standard of the levy.” The new construction will greatly ease the burden on end users. and make the rebuilding project run more smoothly.”
