ShVidya Balan is an actor who has found her place in Bollywood through strong roles. Most of them come with girls movies. Now the actress shares the ordeal she had to face from the film. In an interview given to Humans of Bombay, the director revealed the ordeal he had to face. The answer was to the question whether there have been couch casting experiences.
‘Fortunately there haven’t been any casting couch experiences yet. However, I have heard many horror stories. This was my parents’ biggest fear – says Vidya Balan.
But had a bad experience with a director. It was in Chennai. He had come to shoot an advertising film. I met the director there. I agreed to act in his new film. We met in a coffee shop. However, he said he would go into the room and talk.
I understand. I was alone in the room. I faced this situation wisely. As soon as he reached the room, the door opened. With that he realized it was better to get out. Later, he was removed from that film’ – explained Vidya Balan.
