Benin / Volleyball: The U21 women are already in full development in France

Having left for France, precisely in Rennes for an advanced training course, the national U21 women’s volleyball team is doing well. The girls, under the guidance of the technical direction of the Broceliande volleyball club where they stay, multiply the sessions that can put them on their feet. These are intensive and specific training sessions with bodybuilding sessions. To these sessions are added discussions on their diet followed by advice from a nutritionist. The girls take the opportunity to discover a bit of the Brittany region through professional and tourist discovery outings that have already taken place.
It should be noted that this advanced training course within Brocéliande Volleyball is held as a prelude to the Zone 3 Volleyball CAN which will take place in Niamey from July 3 to 10.
