Robert Lewandowski (34, Bayern Munich), who plays in the German professional football Bundesliga, set another meaningful record.

Lewandowski, who scored his 23rd goal of the season, also sprinted to the top scorer of the season. He widened the gap with Patrick Schick (18 goals, Leverkusen).

Munich also had a goal streak in 66 Bundesliga matches so far. This is a new Bundesliga record, surpassing the club’s record of scoring in 65 consecutive regular league matches (February 2018-February 2020). Munich, which has accumulated 46 points (15 wins, 1 draws and 3 losses), maintained the lead in the league with 6 points behind second place Borussia Dortmund (40 points, 13 wins, 1 draw and 5 losses).
