The conference will commence with Dr. Jerry Kaplan, renowned author of ‘The Future of Artificial Intelligence’, who will deliver a thought-provoking lecture titled ‘Generative AI Changes Everything’. Park Yang-gyo, Head of Sales Force Korea, will explore innovative customer experiences through Salesforce Einstein GPT. Young-jun Yoo, Director and COO of Rutton Technologies, will present on the topic of making AI accessible to everyone.

After OpenAI introduced ‘ChatGPT’ in November last year, attention is focused on the future that generative artificial intelligence (AI) will change. Just as the world has changed in an instant with the advent of the Internet and smartphones, we are facing another huge innovation.
The competition among the major technologies for productive AI supremacy is fierce. In the United States, in addition to Microsoft (MS), Google, Meta, Tesla, Apple, Nvidia, and Amazon, and in China, Baidu and Alibaba have jumped into the development of super-giant AI. In Korea, LG and NCsoft unveiled a super large artificial intelligence language model (LLM) in the second half of this year, and Naver unveiled the next generation LLM ‘Hyper Clover X’ on the 24th of last month. Kakao also plans to introduce LLM ‘ko(ko)GPT 2.0’ within the year.
Companies in all industries, not just those developing generative AI, are now thinking about how to apply generative AI to their businesses. Jerry Kaplan, the first keynote speaker to announce the start of this event, is the author of ‘The Future of Artificial Intelligence’, ‘No Need for Humans’ and ‘Startup: Adventures in Silicon Valley’. Dr. Kaplan is famous for introducing the basic idea of the tablet PC more than 20 years before Apple introduced the iPad. It is a story with a good eye for the future.
Dr. Kaplan gives a lecture on ‘Generative AI Changes Everything’ at this event. Dr. Kaplan has been active as an artificial intelligence expert, serial entrepreneur, futurist, and technology innovator for over 35 years. When I asked him if productive AI would change the business model of companies, he replied, “It’s like asking how the Internet will change the business models of companies.”
