The Government Gazette published the Prime Minister’s Office announcement regarding the resignation of two ministers, namely Somsak Thepsutin and Suriya Jungruangkit.
On March 22, 2023, reporters reported that the Royal Gazette website published an announcement from the Prime Minister’s Office on minister resigns Signed by Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister, the announcement stated that two ministers had resigned from their posts:
1. Mr. Somsak Thepsutin, Minister of Justice Request to resign from office on March 17, 2023. Mr. Somsak Thepsutin’s ministerial status ended on March 17, 2023 in accordance with Section 170 (2) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
2. Suriya Juangrongryangkit Mr. Minister of Industry has resigned from his post Since March 17, 2023, the ministerial status of Mr. Suriya Juangrongrunkit has therefore been terminated on March 17, 2023 in accordance with Section 170 (2) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand
