Store owner A, who made an old woman in her 70s, who was working part-time, kneel down for putting a leaflet in her hairdresser’s mailbox, wrote a handwritten apology, saying, “I have hurt many people because I am lacking.”

Yesterday (28th) Mr. A posted on his blog, ‘I will reflect. I’m sorry,’ and said, “My mother works hard and circulates flyers, and I wish I had received one and gave it to you.”

In an apology, he said, “I am very sorry that my actions seemed to have offended you.”

He added, “I’m really sorry to my mother, and I have nothing to say, even with two mouths.”

The incident became known as a video uploaded by a YouTuber was shared on various social networking services (SNS) and online communities.

According to the released video, in March, Mr. A called the company president and protested because he had put a leaflet in the mailbox of his store. He also asked Grandma to kneel.

When the grandmother said, “Kneeling seems difficult,” Mr. A reported to the police, and the grandmother eventually knelt down to Mr. A and apologized.

Netizens criticized this as “too much”.

JTBC tried to contact her several times to ask how she apologized to her grandmother, but was unable to reach her.
