After the “Huang Yuting Incident”, the Ministry of Education pointed out that if the national team players engage in inappropriate behaviors other than the current regulations during training or competition, which will damage the group image or national honor, it has not been clearly listed as the reason for punishment or disqualification of the team. , Yisheng could not manage the doubts, therefore, the amendment added the item “other inappropriate words and deeds that damage the image of the national team or national honor” to assist the individual associations to strengthen the discipline management of the players under their jurisdiction, and the same for the coaches.
It is also added in the draft that if a coach or athlete has one of the above-mentioned punishable situations during training or competition, the Ministry of Education may, according to the seriousness of the circumstances, submit a report to each individual association or the China Disabled Persons’ Federation, the China Hearing and Sports Association, and the China Intellectual Sports Association. As the international competition is imminent, the draft is only foreshadowed for 7 days.
