The King of Malaysia graciously appoints Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister

The text of the statement reads: “After considering the opinion of His Majesty King Sultan Abdullah the rulers of Malaysia His Majesty has appointed Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia.”
While Mr Muhyiddin revealed to the media that no party had won enough votes to form the government of His Majesty King Sultan Abdullah He asked him and Mr. Anwar formed a unity government. He is also said to have called Anwar and Muhyiddin for talks to end the political stalemate.
