This storm is moving west. with a speed of about 35 kilometers per hour It is expected to move through Hainan Island, China. and landing in the upper Vietnam during October 13-14, 2021, after which it will weaken accordingly. This will bring more rain and heavy to very heavy rainfall in some parts of the Northeast during the day.
In addition, the monsoon trough lies across the lower central region, the eastern region and the lower northeastern region. While the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand, causing heavy to very heavy rainfall in some places in the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South.
