The participation of Kovid patient and his wife in the Palakkad CPM branch conference was controversial

Kovid patient and his wife’s participation in the CPM branch meeting at Palakkad Kannadi was controversial. The controversial move was made at a mirror waterfront branch meeting. Kovid’s patient and his wife attended the conference in defiance of Kovid’s norms so as not to come to the position of Opposition Branch Secretary in the mirror of local sectarianism.

Kovid patient and his wife participated in the Thanneerpanthal branch meeting under Palakkad Kannadi local committee. Sreedharan and his wife Prasanna, both from Thanneerpanthal, were the conference delegates who broke the Kovid norms.

Sreedharan Kovid confirms positive on October 5 through antigen test. Accordingly, Sreedharan and his family members in direct contact with him should remain in the quarantine. But even in branch meetings where sectarianism is rampant, rivalry and competition are strong. Sreedharan is a supporter of Krishnadas, the current secretary at the Thanneerpanthal branch meeting. Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections.

The meeting was held in the presence of District Panchayat President and Kannadi Local Committee member Binu Mol and Kannadi Panchayat member KT Udayakumar. Although some of the delegates objected to the participation of Kovid patient, Binu Mol Kovid allowed the patient to attend the conference. It is alleged that the ambassador provided the information to the complainant.

However, Sreedharan said that he had been monitoring himself since the first of this month and had been attending the conference for ten days. But the fact that a person who was positive on the fifth day attended the conference for less than a week is a violation of Kovid norms. As sectarianism intensifies in the mirror, moves are being made to win over groups anyway.
