Patna: The man who raped a five-year-old girl in Bihar was sentenced to just five sittings. A video of the accused sitting up in front of people has surfaced. The incident took place in Nawad district of Bihar.
He took the boy to the farm and tortured him on the promise of buying candy. He was caught by the locals and punished by the panchayat. The panchayat group ruled that he was not guilty of rape and was only punished for taking the child to a deserted place.
