Prednisolone greater than or equal to 20 mg/day over 10 days in the 1 month prior to vaccination.

Prednisolone greater than or equal to 40 mg/day over 1 week in the 1 month prior to vaccination.

  • Immunosuppressants including methotrexate, azathioprine, mycophenolate mofetil, leflunomide, cyclophosphamide, or cyclosporine within the 3 months prior to vaccination.
  • Biologic and synthetic drug targets include JAK inhibitors, TNF inhibitors, cytokine inhibitors including IL-6R, IL-1, IL-17, IL-12/23, or IL-23 over 3 months. before receiving the vaccine and rituximab in the past 6 months.
