Spanish teenage star Gavi is the star of the game with his incredible performance at the Qatar World Cup. The 18-year-old was also the youngest player to score in the World Cup since 1958 when he scored in the first game against Costa Rica. Gavi, who became the youngest player to score for Spain at the World Cup since Cesc Fabregas, also put in a good performance against Germany.
Gavi is currently in the media for a rare encounter in the Spanish dressing room. Diario AS reports that the young Spanish princess signed and bought a 17-year-old Leoner Gavi shirt out of admiration for the star. Father King Philip VI personally received the shirt in the dressing room in Spain on behalf of his daughter.
The King came to the dressing room in Spain to congratulate them on their victory in the first game in Qatar. Gavi, who scored the fifth goal in the game, presented the signed shirt to the king. His photo and video are circulating on social media.
The player who plays for Barcelona learned the game from the club’s youth academy and took to the field for the Spanish national team in November 2021. Leonor is a student at UWC Atlantic College in South Wales. She is the second daughter of Queen Letizia of Spain.
