The Banking and Finance Journal, together with a professor at the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn, has ranked the millionaires of Thai stocks this year for the 28th consecutive year. It is measured by the country’s major shareholders who hold the top 10 shares of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the mai market according to the latest shareholder register book closing before September 30, 2021.

Sarat Ratanavadi, Director, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited or GULF, held the championship for the 3rd year in a row, holding the No. 173,099.73 million baht, an increase of 57,809.73 million baht or 50.14%
2nd place
Dr. Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth or Mor Serit, owner of Bangkok Hospital Group and Bangkok Airways, holding shares worth 58,217.83 million baht, increasing wealth by 8,138.52 million baht or 16.25%.
3rd place
Niti Osathanugrah big investor Heir to the Osotspa Empire Holding shares worth 56,253.16 million baht, an increase of 8,071.53 million baht or 16.75% from the increase in the price of shares in the investment portfolio named Niti as the top 10 major stockholders of this year.
4th place
Somphot Ahunai, owner of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA), energy business Selling biodiesel oil and selling solar power. After dropping to the 8th place last year with the value of EA shares holding 23.21%, valued at 53,026.35 million baht, an increase of 18,613.93 million baht or 54.09%.
5th and 6th place
Owner of Muang Thai Capital Public Company Limited (MTC), formerly known as Muang Thai Leasing, Downapha Petchamphai, rose to 5th from 6th place last year, holding 33.96% stake in MTC, worth 41,940 million baht, an increase of 6,480 million baht or 18.27%.
Chuchat Petampai rose from 7th to 6th place, holding a total of 41,631.97 million baht in shares, an increase of 6,354.06 million baht or 18.01%.
7th place
Vanarat Tangkaravakoon, Chairman of TOA Group, the eldest heir to the Color Kingdom, TOA dropped to 7th from 4th last year. holding total shares worth 35,100.85 million baht, a decrease of 6,112.30 million baht or 14.83%
8th place
Harald Link, Chairman of B. Grimm Group of Companies, the largest German business group in Thailand It owns energy, power plants, medical equipment, air conditioning, communications and real estate. By moving up from 10th place last year. from holding shares worth 26,028.87 million baht, a decrease of 770.38 million baht or 2.87%

Natchamai Thanombuncharoen Managing Director of Carabao Group Public Company Limited (CBG) ranked in the Top 10, rising to 9th from 11th last year, holds 21% shares of CBG, worth 25.2 billion baht, an increase of 630 million baht or 2.56% from CBG’s share price. continuously increasing

Keeree Kanjanapas, chairman of BTS Group Holdings Plc. (BTS), has returned to the Top 10 after falling to No. 12 last year. Keeree shares held a total value of 24,632.23 million baht, an increase of 4,051.52 million baht or 19.69%.
