A shooting at a Texas elementary school that took the lives of all 21 children, including 19 children.

At that time, more than 300 police officers were dispatched to the scene, and the results of the investigation showed that the police response was completely unsuccessful.

A new video of the camera attached to the body of the police has been released, and you can see how poor the response of the police was at the time.

Reporter Park So-hee will tell you.

Last May, an elementary school in Yuveldi, Texas, USA.

A police officer rushes inside at the sound of gunshots from the school building.

“There was a gunshot. Go inside and hurry up.”

Armed police had already entered the building corridor.

At 11:37 a.m., another gunshot rings out and the officer shares the situation with his colleagues.

“He’s in custody, so it looks like he’s barricading one of the offices.”

The shooting location was misdirected to the office rather than the classroom, and the sense of urgency that police officers first saw disappears.

It was 11:58 a.m. 25 minutes after the police entered.

Shortly after escaping the children from another classroom, terrible information comes through the 911 radio.

“The suspect is with the victims in room 12. There are many victims.”

It was communicated that it was a desperate moment to save the possibly living victim, but the officers did not respond for six minutes after receiving the information.

At 12:21, several gunshots sounded again, and the chief of police at the scene politely attempts to talk to the shooter.

“Can you hear me, sir? If you hear me, put down your gun, sir. We don’t want to hurt anyone.”

Thirty minutes later, at 12:51, police entered the classroom and shot the shooter.

Although 376 police officers were deployed, 21 students and teachers were killed.

“If I had to summarize the contents of the report, it would be a complex and systematic failure.”

The Texas House of Representatives added that ignoring a rule requiring school gates to be locked also made it easier for shooters to enter the school.
