Mecca: The Saudi Hajj and Umrah security department has said that those who arrive at the Holy Haram except for the Umrah pilgrimage will have the opportunity to circumambulate the Holy Kaaba. But they will be able to perform Umrah on the first floor of the mataf. New system has been set up in applications like Itamarna and Tawakkalna to give permission to non-Umrah pilgrims who just want to go around the Kaaba. The system is equipped with a new icon called Tawaf (circumambulation).
At the same time, those who are not Umrah pilgrims and are just around the corner can perform Tawaaf only at certain times. Non-Umrah pilgrims are allowed to perform Tawaf only during the morning and evening prayers.
