Three drug dealers are killed in exchange of gunfire with the PM in Itapuã

Three armed suspects were killed on Tuesday night (16), by teams from Rondesp Atlântico and the Military Police’s Operation Apolo, in the neighborhood of Itapuã, in Salvador. The trio from Nordeste de Amaralina intended to attack rivals, according to the Public Security Secretariat of Bahia (SSP-BA).

The police arrived at the group after a report of gunshots in Alto do Coqueirinho. During the search, a Gol model car with a cloned license plate was located.

According to the SSP, in the approach, the criminals shot at the vehicles. One of the cameras in the briefcase caught the moment when one of the traffickers puts the gun outside the vehicle.

There was a confrontation and the three criminals ended up injured. They were rescued, but they couldn’t resist. A 9mm submachine gun, a 380 caliber pistol, a 38 caliber revolver, chargers, ammunition and portions of drugs were seized from the traffickers.
