Three injured in Miami airport plane crash Plane catches fire after crash landing at Miami airport

New York: A passenger plane caught fire while landing at Miami International Airport, injuring three people. They were admitted to the hospital. No one was seriously injured. The rest of the passengers and crew were transported to the terminal.

CBS reported that the crash was caused by the plane’ing landing gear breaking near the runway. The fire broke out on a Red Air flight carrying 126 people from Los Americas International Airport.

Video of fire and smoke rising near the wing of the plane has been circulating online. It is not clear if the landing gear broke down before landing. The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration have announced an investigation into the incident.
