England’s The Athletic reported on the 31st (Korea time) that Tottenham have completed the signing of Chelsea striker Jude Soon-seop-Bell (19).
According to this, Soonseop-Bell has passed the medical test and signed a contract.
Soon-seop-Bell was expected to leave the club as his contract with Chelsea expired at the end of this season.
Tottenham reached an agreement with a sell-on clause in lieu of paying a transfer fee to Chelsea.
According to The Athletic, Soonseop-Bell has decided to leave Chelsea to earn playing time in the first team.
Born in England, Sunsup Bell started playing for local teams before moving to Swindon Town before joining the Chelsea academy in 2016.
His original position was midfielder, but he switched to striker at Chelsea. The change of position was successful for Soon-fo-Bell. At the age of 16, he played with Chelsea’s under-23 team and was considered one of the club’s top talents, and in the 2019-20 season, he scored 26 goals in 17 games for the youth team, drawing attention. In February 2021, he made his name as the first player to score 4 goals in the FA Youth Cup since Roger Beal in 1961.

According to The Athletic , Soonseop-Bell is Tottenham’s second signing of the winter transfer window after Arnaud Danzuma. Tottenham signed the 2nd and 3rd contracts in one day, even confirming the signing of Pedro as a prisoner.
