Managing Director and Partner together with Ms. Naphat Siriwarangkul KINCENTRIC Best Employer Partner Thailand 2022 on November 23 at the Siam Kempinski Hotel, Bangkok.
The Hall of Fame was created especially to mark the 20th anniversary of the Best Employer Award, which is given to organizations that have won this award for more than three consecutive years. Only 16 organizations in Thailand have received this award. by passing the three judging criteria:
1. The organization’s Employee Engagement Score (EE) is at a high level of more than 80%, resulting from a survey of all the organization’s employees.
2. There is an excellent human resource management system. It was evaluated by examining the HRM system (Audit) and randomly interviewing the opinions of employees.
3. High level executives have visions and policy making. by keeping in mind the importance of all employee-related dimensions By interviewing senior executives and randomly interviewing employee opinions
