The world’s largest transgender women’s beauty pageant, ‘Miss International Queen’, has been re-hosted after being suspended for the past two years due to COVID-19. The crown of victory went to the Filipino contestant.

According to Reuters news on the 25th (local time), Fushia and Ravenna of the Philippines took first place at ‘Miss International Queen 2022’ held in Pattaya, Thailand.

Ravenna, who took first place, is 27 years old this year. He said, “I want everyone to spread love, peace and unity to the world.”

‘Miss International Queen’ is the world’s most popular transgender beauty pageant held in Thailand every year since 2004. The event, which started with the purpose of making transgender women feel better attuned to society, has resumed this time after being suspended for the past two years in the aftermath of COVID-19.

A total of 22 people participated in this year’s competition. After Fuchsia and Ravenna, Colombia’s Jasmine Jimenez took second place, and France’s Iella Chanel took third place.
