As a result of visa reform in the United Arab Emirates, golden visas will be available to more people. The rule is that golden visa applicants must have a valid employment contract in the UAE. The minimum monthly salary limit for professionals to obtain a Gold Visa has been changed from Dh50,000 to Dh30,000. This will increase the number of golden visa holders.

The new rule allows golden visa holders to sponsor children regardless of age. Apart from this, the restriction on the number of support workers who can be sponsored has also been waived. The number of days spent outside the UAE does not count towards visa validity. Earlier, there was a strict requirement to enter the UAE once every 6 months. Now there is a significant change in that.
It also allowed investors to get a long-term visa when buying property worth at least Dh20 lakh, although it used a bank loan. The new system will make it easier for visitors and investors to obtain visas to the UAE.
