UAE National Day is an opportunity for prisoners to start a new life

Dubai : On the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the UAE, the authorities are giving the prisoners in various jails across the country a chance to start a new life. UAE releases 672 prisoners on National Day Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai apologized.

Dubai Attorney General Chancellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan said the decision, which upholds human values, gives prisoners a chance to start a new life. Al-Humaidan said the Dubai Public Prosecution had coordinated with the Dubai Police to enforce the release order.

Sheikh Saud bin Zakhar Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has ordered the release of 442 prisoners in Ras Al Khaimah. People from different countries who have behaved well will be released. Ras Al Khaimah Attorney General’s Councilor Hassan Saeed Mohammed said he wished the released prisoners a new life.

Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, a member of the Supreme Council and ruler of Fujairah, has ordered the release of 107 prisoners in Fujairah. Fujairah Police Commander-in-Chief Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al Kabi expressed his gratitude and congratulations to the Fujairah Ruler. 34 prisoners will be released in Umm al-Quwain. The order was issued by Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, a member of the Supreme Council and the ruler of Umm al-Quwain. The ruler greeted the freedmen. He also wished to be more active with the community.

237 prisoners to be released in Sharjah Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi ordered the release of the prisoners. Sharjah Police Commander-in-Chief Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi praised the ruler for his generous work. The UAE has demanded the release of 870 prisoners in the past day. It was ordered by President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This was reported by the official news agency WAM. Those convicted of various crimes in the UAE are released from prison. Debt and fines of released prisoners will be waived.

Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the ruler of Ajman and a member of the Supreme Council, also ordered the release of 43 prisoners. Ajman Police Commander-in-Chief Major General Sheikh Sultan Al Nuaimi welcomed the decision and thanked the ruler.
