At around 8:52 pm on the 19th, a report came to the Ulsan Fire Department that an explosion had occurred at the S-Oil plant in the Onsan Industrial Complex in Ulsan.
Firefighters arrived at the scene to check the fire and started extinguishing the fire.
Reports were also received saying that the area felt vibrations due to the impact at the time of the explosion.
