The other day, the Sci-Fi factory building and operating Sim “Satisfactory” introduced the upcoming update 8, but the announcement was delayed by a week Video Publishing. It has been revealed that the next update will upgrade the current UE4 to Unreal Engine 5.1.1.
In addition to Lumen support, the use of Nanite for some objects, the adoption of the World Partition system which overhauls the existing tile / grid streaming system, TSR support, improvements to vehicle physics, expansion of the input system, Check out the latest video below, where you can see interesting efforts such as continuing DirectX 11 support and bringing user mods.
