[Reuters]— US semiconductor giant Nvidia is preparing to withdraw its plans to acquire British semiconductor design company Arm. Bloomberg News reported on the 25th as a story of related sources.
Nvidia has not responded to Reuters’ request for comment.
Nvidia proposed to SoftBank Group in 2020 to buy Arm for about $ 40 billion, but faces antitrust issues in Europe and the United States.
