Washington
Police crime in America is at a ten-year high, according to reports. A website called Mapping Police Violence has revealed that the police killed 1186 people under various circumstances in 2022.

26 percent of those killed were black. After 2017, US police killed about 600 people in traffic checks alone.

The report also says that 66 policemen were killed in the line of duty last year. The report also states that the widespread use of firearms among the people and the privatization of the police are the reasons for the increase in police crime.
In France, an average of 20 people are killed by the police every year.
