In all benchmarks, the clock of the Core i9-12900K (Alder Lake) is set to the same clock as the ES version Core i9-13900 (Raptor Lake).

Provisional summary

As I wrote at the beginning, the clock of Core i9-12900K is measured with the same clock as the ES version Core i9-13900.

In ES version Core i9-13900, E-Core has doubled to 16 cores,Cinebench’s multi shows about 20% performance improvement.On the other hand, in the single, Core i9-12900K shows a higher score by about 10%.

Although there is little difference in terms of game benchmarks, at present, the Core i9-12900K has an advantage of up to about 8%.

The following is a summary in bullet points.

• The multi-performance of ES version Raptor Lake is due to the increase in E-Core.About 20% higher than Alder Lake
• The single performance of the ES version of Raptor Lake is currentlyAbout 10% lower than Alder Lake
• The game performance of the ES version of Raptor Lake is currentlyEquivalent to or up to about 8% lower than Alder Lake

I’m worried about the low single performance and game performance,These results are ES versions only.The performance of the ES version is often low, and in many cases the performance improves as you approach the retail version.

Raptor Lake is said to upgrade the P-Core architecture from Golden Cove to Raptor Cove. As expected, this is not the full power of Raptor Cove. Expected for future optimization.
