The man wearing the PPE kit parked the vehicle on the bridge and then threw the body of the Kovid patient off the bridge into the river. Someone is there to help him. The body was wrapped in a blanket and dumped in the river Rapti. The video was recorded and released by people in another vehicle that had crossed the bridge. According to hospital officials, the body was handed over to relatives following Kovid’s standards. The investigation revealed that the body was dragged from the bridge to the river by a relative. Police have registered a case against them. Police have found the body of Prem Nath, a native of Siddharthnagar, abandoned in the river. On May 25, Prem Nath was admitted to hospital with Kovid. Died May 28th. The body was then handed over to relatives for burial.
