On May 9 and 10, Venus approaches the restart cluster M35.
M35 is located in the constellation Gemini and is a large open cluster that can be seen with the naked eye. If you use binoculars, you can see it as a nebula-like object even from an urban area.
Venus is approaching M35. The break is 1.8 degrees on May 9th and 2.1 degrees on the 10th. Since the diameter of M35 is less than half a degree, Venus does not enter the cluster.
