His revelation comes as protests against Ganguly intensify following the removal of Kohli from the ODI captaincy.
“The BCCI had asked Kohli not to resign as T20 captain, but Kohli stood firm in his decision. When Kohli stepped down as T20 captain, India had two captains in white ball cricket. The decision to make Rohit the captain was taken in consultation with the committee and the BCCI. ” – Ganguly said.
