West Virginia Chairman of the Public Service Commission chaired by resignation

The chairman of Michael Albert, the Public Service Commission, resigns.

Mr Jim Jim Justice announced the decision of Albert Thursday. It will be effective at the end of its term on June 30.

Mr Joe Manchin was appointed for the competition in 2007 and subsequently became chairman this year.

Before joining the commission, Albert was a business law attorney focused on public utility and business and commercial transactions by Jackson Kelly's business in Charleston.
